At EIGHTY20, we take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging. Our goal is to help you eliminate and overcome the obstacles to ensure that you reach your health and fitness goals. Our classes are routinely referred to as personal training in a group class format; focusing on proper form, progressive strength training, high-intensity interval training, and proper nutrition.
Through years of experience and with extensive knowledge, we have helped countless clients reach their health and fitness goals. We can design both a personal fitness plan and/or a personal nutrition plan based on your personal body composition analysis. Whether in a group class environment, or on a one-on-one basis, we will help you remain disciplined, consistent, accountable, and motivated as you work towards your health and fitness goals.
Adapting to new fitness and nutrition habits can sometimes seem overwhelming. Excuses become the norm and the common reaction is to revert back to the habits that made us unhealthy. We will teach you how critical the relationship is between fitness and nutrition, and how important it is to adopt, and incorporate, both as part of a new and healthier lifestyle. If you learn to practice healthy habits on a daily basis, you will achieve exceptional health.

$25.00 set-up fee applies | Auto-renew monthly until canceled with 30-day written notice by member

Unlimited membership. Maximum of one class per calendar day.
Class packages are non-refundable and expire one year after purchase
Monthly EFT memberships may be put on hold for $25.00/month for a maximum of 3 months for vacation or medical reasons. We do not offer refunds on monthly paid-in-full membership purchases or class package purchases.
